Construction of a new BMTA Maintenance shed, includes the installation of rising main sewer, reclaimed water lines and new mains water lines from the existing club house to the new maintenance shed through the existing land fill site. The services trenching works involved extensive civil works installing a clay capping layer to the under side of the services trench in order to satisfy the environmental requirements for working on landfill sites. The new maintenance shed includes a toilet& shower, massive storage area, wash down bay, irrigation pump room and 150,000 litre water storage tank to supply irrigation water to the clubs pristine football fields.
